Have you ever dreamed of being a graphic designer? Who hasn't sat and just doodled when they were younger and wondered how it would look published or on the side of a car?
The job market is full of different types of graphic designers ranging from graphic art, graphic design, custom design, graphic postcards and cars the list goes on and on.
A graphic designer is anyone that has a practice or profession of designing print or electronic forms of visual information that can be used in a design, magazine, website or publication.
There are a variety of graphic design programs out there. Online classes can be found ranging from 12-18 months or longer depending on the type of degree that you want to achieve. There are a variety of degrees or certifications that can be found with graphic design programs, you can obtain an associates degree, bachelors degree and also a masters degree.

Graphic design can be used in a variety of different job fields, there are graphic designers that only specialise in the photos and pictures on greeting cards or brochures, there are graphic designers that specialise in the bold colorful graphics on cars and trucks and there are also graphic designers that just specialise in websites.
Have you ever been driving down the road and saw a really fascinating big wheel truck pass you by and wondered who created that or how did they create it? Chances are there was a graphic designer sitting behind a computer or a desk that spent hours on that design getting that truck to look so good. Getting that truck to look so good just doesn't stop with the graphic designer, once the design is drawn out and approved it will go before an artist who will make a template of the design so it can be traced onto the truck body, now the paint artist will come in and paint the design on the truck. Once all this is done that awesome truck is ready to roll down the road so people can awe and look at all of its wonders.
